All our houses have the option of inclusive utility bills I.e gas, electric, water. If the property you want to rent does not then please ask if you would prefer it this way.

Most of our competitors charge full rent for the whole year i.e. 52 weeks full rent. NJH properties are let with half summer rent. This means that over the year you will only pay 48 weeks rent.
